   So happy I finally got to buy these. I found out about them in 2019 and then covid happened and just now was able to actually get them. They don’t disappoint!!! The Ruger already looks good but adding “WW2” grips just seem right. After installing them I noticed at least for me it made the gun feel less like a .22 and more like a grip of a larger caliber. And looks alone would fool some from a distance. I got the antique finish option, but I feel you can’t go wrong with plain or antique. The only thing I will note is that on my MKII these grips allow the slide stop lever to sit flush with the grip instead of having that little beveled notch that standard grips have. This is in no way a problem that would affect function like using the lever to cycle the action. But for those of us that don’t have much fingernail you may have a fumbly moment or two if you wanted to lock the bolt back with no empty mag inserted. While I did notice this I myself wouldn’t tweak the size or design of these at all. Good work Deer hollow.

   I recently purchased a pair of these grips and love them so much i had to come back for another pair. These grips have exceptional character and quality with a fun nod to History.
